Our proposed service
We negotiate on behalf of commercial tenants to seek a temporary 12-month concessionary rent reduction. Any concession depends on the circumstances, landlord agreement and your approval. It must be agreed in writing before it takes effect.
Success fee
Our success fee is 50% of the rent saving achieved during the agreed 12-month concession. No reduction achieved means no success fee is payable. The example excludes VAT and any separately agreed costs; VAT treatment, payment timing and responsibility for legal documentation and costs are to be agreed.
No guaranteed outcome
A concession is negotiated, not guaranteed. A rent deferral is not a rent saving. Any additional lease commitments or repayment obligations must be explained before you accept a proposal.

The legal trading entity, company details, name and trademark checks, and geographic coverage must still be confirmed. Final service terms, shorter-concession treatment, privacy and cookie information also require approval. No historic trading claims, case studies or results have been published.
